Only basic information about the company owners and the declared revenue from the last two financial years are required. The process does not require submitting full financial documentation or certificates from the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) or the Tax Office.

How long do I have to wait for a decision?

From submitting the data to receiving the decision usually takes only a few hours, which significantly speeds up the entire financing process.

How long do I need to operate my business to qualify for financing?

Financing is available even from the first day of operating a business.
We have the knowledge and practical experience to structure applications in a way that supports obtaining a positive financing decision.

In which currency can payments be made?

We accept payments in US Dollars

What financing options do you offer?

We offer several flexible financing options:
– Traditional leasing,

Do I make the payment to Otinus or directly to the leasing company?

In most cases, the initial payment is made to Otinus, while the remaining payments are made in accordance with the terms of the leasing agreement.

Of course. We provide full support in arranging leasing—we cooperate with trusted leasing companies.

Can I obtain leasing if I have an entry in BIK or KRD?

Yes. We cooperate with financing institutions that do not verify clients in these databases.

Does a loss in business results disqualify me?

No. We cooperate with entities that do not verify income.

What is required to unload the machine?

Press Brakes and Guillotine Shears: a crane with an appropriate lifting capacity is required.

Laser and Plasma Cutting Machines: unloading requires a crane or a forklift truck with an appropriate lifting capacity, depending on the machine model.

Can I collect the machine in person?

Yes, it is possible to collect the machines under EXW (Incoterms 2020) terms.

Is transport included in the price of the machine?

No, the transport cost is not included in the offer.

What does the machine installation look like?

Most installations are carried out within one week of the machine’s delivery. The installation date is agreed with the customer to ensure it is convenient for them.

How long does it take from payment to receiving the machine?

If the machine is in stock at our warehouse, delivery to the customer usually takes place within 6 business days from the date of payment.

Will I receive guidelines for unloading the machine?

Yes. Before delivery, we send electronic instructions containing all recommendations regarding the unloading of the machine.

How long does it take to receive a response after sending a quotation request?

We usually prepare an offer within 24 hours on business days. We strive to respond as quickly as possible.

Will you advise me on the best machine for my needs, without overpaying?

Of course. Our goal is to ensure that the machine is perfectly matched to the customer’s needs—both in terms of functionality and budget.

How long is the offer valid?

The offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Is installation included in the price?

Our offer includes installation, and operator training.

Is training included in the offer price?

Yes, training is included in the price presented in the offer.

How long does the training take after purchasing the machine?

The duration of the training depends on the type of machine. Detailed information can be found in the individual offer.

What is the procedure for reporting a malfunction?

Our service department provides telephone support from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Each malfunction should be reported via the service portal. We also accept reports by email at: serwis@otinus.com.

Is remote diagnosis and repair of a malfunction possible?

The first stage of every service procedure is an attempt to resolve the reported issue remotely. Our team of technical advisors analyzes the situation and, if necessary, connects remotely to your machine to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

When and how is the machine inspection carried out?

The machine inspection is performed once a year, after reaching a specified number of operating hours, or at the customer’s request. Our service team contacts you in advance to remind you of the upcoming inspection date.
The inspection is carried out on site by an OTINUS technician, in accordance with a precisely prepared checklist. After the visit, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report, including all observations and recommendations for further operation of the machine.

How long does it take to resolve the issue?

The time needed to fix the malfunction depends on the type of problem. Our technicians will contact you, carry out an initial diagnosis of the cause, and indicate the necessary corrective actions. At every stage, we inform you of the expected repair time.

Additionally, our internal system allows you to view the status of the service request and immediately notifies you of any change or update.

How can I order consumable or spare parts?

OTINUS runs a dedicated store that accepts and processes orders for parts and accessories. After specifying your requirements, orders can be placed directly by email at info@otinus.com or by phone at +1 630-302-1532.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?

Yes. Demonstrations are organized by prior appointment to ensure that everyone can view the machine in comfortable conditions and receive complete information.

Can I provide parts to be tested on the machine?

Of course. You can send the parts by courier or deliver them in person before the demonstration.

Can I send DWG files before the demonstration?

Yes, absolutely. Sending DWG files will help us better prepare for the presentation and tailor it to your needs.

How long does a showroom demonstration take?

The duration of the demonstration depends on the number of machines being presented, but it usually lasts around 2 hours.

Can the demonstration be held remotely?

Yes, we also offer remote demonstrations—this is a convenient solution if you are unable to visit our showroom in person.

In which languages is the demonstration conducted?

Demonstrations are conducted in Polish, English, and German.

Is the demonstration paid?

No, demonstrations at the Otinus showroom are completely free of charge.

Can I see several machines at the same time?

Of course. We will be happy to present more than one machine during a single visit.

I would like to see the machine, but Bloomingdale is far away. What can I do?

No problem—we can
– arrange a remote demonstration, or
– connect you with one of our reference customers, where you can see the machine operating in your area.

Can I schedule a machine demonstration outside standard showroom working hours?

Yes. As the only company on the market, we also offer remote machine demonstrations in the evening hours—up to midnight. These are made possible through cooperation with our branch in the United States, allowing us to adjust the schedule to different time zones and customer needs.

The service is available in three languages: Polish, German, and English. Remote demonstrations conducted by the U.S. branch apply to selected machine types: laser cutting machines, press brakes, plasma cutting machines, and guillotine shears.
