Choose convenience and efficiency Base series controls

The BASE series offers two different control units that combine intuitive operation with extensive programming capabilities.

OT-41 Designed to offer the best price-to-value ratio, OT-41 is a controller with a clear touchscreen interface that automatically calculates bending angles, supports crowning bending compensation, and allows storage of up to 2,000 programs

The DA-58T is a more advanced option, featuring full bending simulation, automatic crowning, and an intuitive touchscreen that significantly speeds up the programming process.
Each controller maximizes the machine’s potential and allows for easy integration into daily production.

Promecam tool clamping

Manual clamps in the Promecam system allow quick and convenient tool mounting and removal without the need for additional tools. The robust design guarantees secure and stable clamping even under high press forces. This system is an industry standard, ensuring full compatibility with a wide range of punches and dies. Simple operation significantly reduces changeover time, increasing press productivity and production flexibility.

Crowning (deflection compensation)

The automatic crowning system eliminates beam deflection during bending, ensuring perfect linearity along the entire length of the workpiece. The system precisely adjusts pressure depending on material length and thickness, delivering consistent quality even when working with large sheets. As a result, the operator achieves the correct bending angle without additional corrections, improving repeatability and saving time.

High-quality components

The machine is built using components from renowned manufacturers such as Schneider, Omron, and Rexroth, ensuring the highest quality, precision, and operational reliability. These components guarantee stable operation of the hydraulic, electrical, and control systems, directly contributing to safety and long service life. High operating smoothness and easy access to service parts make this press suitable for intensive industrial use.

Operator safety

Operator safety is ensured by optoelectronic light curtains that monitor the working area and immediately stop beam movement if the safety zone is breached. The safety system is designed not to limit machine productivity or operator comfort. In addition, the press is equipped with emergency stop buttons and side guards, providing full operator protection while maintaining high bending dynamics.

Independent Y1 and Y2 control

Each axis of the press is controlled independently, enabling precise beam synchronization and accurate positioning. The independent hydraulic cylinder system eliminates angular errors and ensures uniform bending along the entire sheet length. This solution increases bending accuracy even with material thickness variations and allows full utilization of the machine’s potential in serial production.

Integrated LED lighting

LED lighting integrated into the working area ensures excellent visibility of the bending line, improving precision and operator comfort. The neutral light color allows accurate control of workpiece positioning regardless of shop-floor lighting conditions. The lighting system is energy-efficient, long-lasting, and vibration-resistant, making it a reliable feature of every press.

Front supports

Solid front supports mounted on linear guides stabilize and support the material during bending, especially when working with large or heavy sheets. Adjustable height and smooth travel allow perfect adaptation to the dimensions of the workpiece. As a result, positioning accuracy increases and operator work becomes more comfortable and safer.

Foot control panel

An ergonomic foot control panel with a dual pedal and function buttons allows full control over the bending cycle without removing hands from the material. The intuitive button layout enables safe and fast control of beam movement, resulting in smoother and safer operation. The panel’s construction ensures stability, and its sensitivity is calibrated to respond precisely to operator actions—regardless of usage intensity.
